Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the 12viptaka platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to 12viptaka immediately.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted for you under the laws of your place of residence.

12viptaka reserves the right to reject any application or suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly if evidence of a violation of the Terms is found.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the 12viptaka platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• The name on your account and the name on the payment method must be the same at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If any suspicious financial activity is detected, 12viptaka reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction and request additional verification information.
• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

12viptaka offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following conditions carefully before accepting these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to be eligible to claim the bonus.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Each bonus may have its own expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time. The specific terms of each promotion apply separately.
• 12viptaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the relevant account will be cancelled and the bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Program Terms

The 12viptaka VIP program has five tiers, and each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the player's activity and participation. Specific terms for each tier apply when receiving cashback benefits. 12viptaka reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure at any time and players will be notified of changes in a timely manner.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on the 12viptaka platform are operated following fair play principles. Players must comply with the following rules:

• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or any other technology to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other players will be considered fraud.
• Exploiting game errors or technical issues is prohibited. If any error is detected, please report it to the support team immediately.
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game provider's system may result in legal action.
• All games are tested in accordance with international standards and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

12viptaka reserves the right to monitor any player's gaming activity and to investigate if suspicious behavior is detected.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12viptaka platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating an account using a false identity or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or fraudulently claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with or find vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in any inappropriate behavior toward other players.
• Using or copying any part of the platform for commercial purposes.

Personal Information and Privacy

• All personal information you provide is protected by SSL encryption.
• Your information is not sold or rented to third parties.
• Information may be shared with verification agencies to meet legal obligations or for the purpose of fraud prevention.
• You may be asked to provide a copy of your identity document for account verification.

Responsible Gaming

12viptaka places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial difficulty.

• Set your own limits and do not bet beyond your budget.

Limitation of Liability

12viptaka accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or a Force Majeure event.
• If a player suffers financial loss as a result of their own negligence or poor decisions.
• If any loss occurs through a third-party website or service.

However, for players affected by any technical error, 12viptaka will endeavor to find a resolution on the basis of fairness.

Dispute Resolution

The following process will be followed for any dispute or complaint between 12viptaka and a player:

• First, notify the support team of the matter via 24/7 live chat or email.
• The support team will review the complaint and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
• If both parties are not satisfied, a resolution will be sought through mutual discussion.
• In the case of disputes regarding game outcomes, game logs and server records will be considered as final evidence.

Account Closure Policy

Both the player and 12viptaka have the right to close an account:

• At the Player's Request: Any player may close their own account through the support team. All valid balances must be withdrawn before closure.
• By 12viptaka: An account may be closed without notice if evidence of a breach of Terms, fraud, or illegal activity is found.
• 12viptaka may follow a separate policy regarding inactive accounts (those with no activity for an extended period).
• Regarding any pending transactions at the time of account cancellation, the support team will get in touch separately.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 12viptaka and the user and supersede all previous oral or written agreements. If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining Terms will remain in full effect with that part excluded.

A delay or waiver by 12viptaka in enforcing any term will not be considered evidence of a waiver of that term. The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative; in the case of translation or interpretation, the Bengali version will prevail.
